A: Not much. Have in mind the role you are targeting, your timeline, and the main obstacles you are experiencing in your current search or positioning. If you already have a job posting in view or an up-to-date CV, that is useful, but not essential for this first conversation.

A: We begin with a few questions about your background, your target role, and your current situation. We identify together the main gaps between where you are and where you want to be. We explain how our services can address those gaps, and we recommend the right entry point, or we tell you honestly if this is not the right moment or the right service for you.
