1:1 Coaching is a focused, high-impact engagement designed for professionals who are serious about one specific target role in the Canadian market and want expert guidance to get there. The approach is direct: clarify your positioning, strengthen your written profile, build your interview answers from the ground up, and practice until you meet the expected standard. The recommended starting format is the Essential Pack: 3 individual sessions of 60 minutes, delivered over 2 to 4 weeks, with light and focused follow-up between sessions. It is long enough to create real progress, but focused enough to stay practical and high-value.
Each engagement begins with a structured first session to align on your target role, confirm your priority gaps, and establish a working plan. From there, sessions cover CV and positioning, key message development, STAR story construction, and a full mock interview with detailed feedback. Between sessions, targeted written support keeps the momentum going without scope creep.
By the end of the coaching, you should walk away with a clearer positioning, a more convincing CV, stronger professional messages, more structured answers to likely interview questions, usable STAR stories, and greater confidence in your next steps.

What This Service Does Not Include

- Active job searching carried out on your behalf;
- Job applications submitted on your behalf;
- Unlimited written exchanges between sessions;
- Simultaneous coaching on multiple unrelated roles within the same package;
- Unlimited document drafting or rewriting;
- Unlimited availability between sessions;
- A CV written and delivered as a finished document;
- Any guarantee of interview or hiring outcome.
A: It's strongly recommended, but not mandatory. Clients who arrive with a completed Assessment start faster and get more out of every session. If you come directly to coaching, the first session includes an alignment phase to establish the same baseline, which works well, but uses one of your coaching hours to do it. If you're unsure, the Discovery Call will help you identify the right entry point.
