2.4 In the Context of Service Delivery
For the delivery of our services (Express Assessment, 1:1 Coaching, IT Canada Application Sprint), we collect the following information by email:
- Curriculum vitae (CV / résumé)
- Target job descriptions
- Professional information shared during sessions or in writing
- Contact details (name, email address, country of residence)
Purpose: conducting diagnostics, preparing reports, delivering coaching sessions, and maintaining the client file.
We process your personal information on the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a service contract: processing necessary to deliver the service you have subscribed to.
