The IT Canada Interview Preparation is a 90-minute preparation service is designed for IT and digital transformation professionals who are already active in the Canadian job market or preparing to enter it. Across two focused sessions, you receive targeted guidance to fine-tune your resume and prepare for interviews, along with a practical preparation guide, a realistic mock interview conducted in English, French, or both, and a personalized PDF report outlining clear next steps you can act on immediately.

The preparation runs in two successive 45-minute sessions. Session 1 focuses on interview preparation and targeted guidance to align your resume with Canadian standards : expected format and structure, ATS optimisation, IT sector keywords, job title translation, and the positioning of your skills. Session 2 is a mock interview conducted in both official languages (French and English), using the most widely used Canadian behavioural formats including the STAR method, followed by structured feedback on your performance. Your Session 2 will be scheduled directly with your advisor at the end of Session 1. At the end of Session 1, you receive our Practical IT Canada Interview Preparation Guide, to help you prepare for Session 2. Within 48 hours of Session 2, you receive a personalised PDF report summarising all recommendations.

This service is not a 1:1 coaching session, a full CV rewrite, or preparation for technical tests or employer-specific interviews. It does not cover immigration or assisted job searching. Its purpose is to give you the right codes for the Canadian market, quickly and concretely, so you move in the right direction from the start.
